Famous locally for our excellent fresh fish and shellfish, our Chef/Proprietor prepares simple, but beautifully cooked dishes using quality raw ingredients with the aid of his excellent team using the best of Devon’s produce that arrives daily from our local network of suppliers. Our meat, game, poultry & eggs are reared from local farms wherever possible. The majority of our fish & shellfish are freshly caught directly off the South West Coastline. Vegetables, fruit & herbs are often either grown in our own kitchen garden or by our local certified organic supplier.
